RKM Consulting (PT Rohman Karsa Mandiri) is a Jakarta-based management consultancy serving Indonesia's manufacturers, exporters, public-listed companies, government-linked corporations, and SMEs since 1999.
Our story
RKM Consulting (PT Rohman Karsa Mandiri) was founded in 1999 and reorganised in 2022. Over 25+ years we have grown into one of Indonesia's leading management consulting firms, with a unique strength in understanding and analysing business challenges, formulating customer-focused solutions, and delivering improvement programs that meet our clients' real-world needs.
Today our work spans 14 service lines — from AEO certification and C-TPAT through ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 27001 to Lean and Six Sigma business-excellence programs — for clients across Indonesian manufacturing, logistics and trade.
Track record
The clearest measure of our work is what clients achieve. In June 2026 PT Kary Indomas Elok was awarded AEO certification by the Director General of Customs and Excise after working with us through eligibility, documentation, internal audit and DJBC validation.
